Sarah B. Scruggs, PhD, brings 18 years in academic research and federal, state, and private grantsmanship experience, as well as a decade of entrepreneurship and executive leadership in healthcare. Dr. Scruggs has expertise in data science, strategic innovation, iterative development, measurement-based care, and community action.
